About Me

Hi, I’m Frank Searle, the owner of Wildscape Photography. I started my business in 1987 to document and showcase our great wild places; both famous and unknown. I grew up in Montana with the Bob Marshall Wilderness (“The Bob”) and Glacier National Park as my backyard. These vast, untouched places were my first playground; and my first photo subjects. They instilled in me love -- and respect (both are prime Grizzly bear habitats) of untamed spaces. Wilderness areas like The Bob inspired my boyhood imagination and fired my love of landscape photography.

About My Work

Through my work, I hope to show these pristine places in a new light, and to raise awareness of the importance of their preservation. I want to ensure they are loved and protected for years to come. My photography has been used in national park literature and featured in National Geographic, Field and Stream, Outdoor Photography and many other leading photography magazines.

Recent Photography Trips

We just returned from a photography trip to Yellowstone National Park. Took a quick video to showcase the awesome power of these Falls. Enjoy!
